Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks to Karlyn Borysenko (Psychologist and Author) about how the field of organizational psychology is being taken over by critical race theory. Karlyn has built her career working to help companies develop more cohesive and healthy workplaces. Since the Black Lives Matter protests started she has seen diversity and inclusion training dominate the type of training that workplaces are using. Karlyn jumps into the critical race theory debate by saying that these identity politics based diversity trainings are backfiring and harming team cohesion and organizational productivity. Karlyn also discusses how many people are living in fear of expressing their opinions on big tech controlled social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.
