This is a video designed for sports scientists, sport and strength coaches, and other practitioners working in sport on how to get the most out of Google Sheets for sports science and performance.

We learn how to create interactive dashboard components whereby you can control what is presented using dates in Google Sheets. This includes aggregating data (e.g., dynamic averages or sums over different periods of time) and displaying time-series data. We go over how to control your dashboard with dates in a variety of ways, including:

1. Custom start and end date
2. The past X days (you choose the number of days to show)
3. The option to use the latest date for the athlete you select or your own custom date as the end date.

Ultimately, we build an interactive dashboard using date controls. This is Part 1 of a 3-Part series.
