Sports Sciences for Coaches: Science ↔ Practice.

What is the relevance of sports science research to coaches/practitioners? How to maximise the impact of research?
In this guest talk I shared my thoughts on the ‘knowledge gap’ between sports scientists and coaches. I presented and discussed key research papers on the topic, including some potential solutions on how to improve knowledge translation and information dissemination between sports scientists/researchers and coaches/practitioners.
