Join us Sunday November 14th, 2021, as we explore the benefits of sports, as well as the intersections of sports and art, music, culinary, and the entertainment spaces.

Sports has been a way to socially connect for centuries, and it also has the ability to help you connect better with yourself, your own well-being. Some use it as an outlet, some because they have raw talent, and some just because of their competitive edge, and sheer will to win. However you look at it, sports are beneficial for both a child’s mental and physical well-being. Not only can sports help to strengthen bones and tone muscles, but they can also help children improve their academic performance and teach them the value of teamwork.
