Former Prime Minister Scott Morrison says he leaves office without regrets but with a “great sense of gratitude” to the people of Australia and reveals he has “no plans” on leaving federal politics anytime soon.
In an interview with 2GB’s Ben Fordham, Mr Morrison revealed he has “no plans” to leave federal politics anytime soon and is looking forward to “being a dad” again.
“I’ve no plans to go anywhere Ben … I’m going back to the Shire and reestablishing our life back there, getting the girls back into their routine – I’ve just dropped them off at school this morning,” he said on Wednesday morning.
“I’m looking forward to being a dad again, it’s been awhile since I’ve been able to spend as much time as I would’ve liked with my family.”
