The Corona virus has infected hundreds of thousands of people around the world. Strengthening the body’s immune system is one way that can be done to ward off the transmission of this virus. Sport or physical activity is very important during the current Covid-19 pandemic. exercise or physical activity, especially of moderate intensity and duration, can support the immune response and increase the body’s resistance to disease.
Exercising or doing physical activity can also prevent a person from heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure, diseases that are most likely to occur during the Covid-29 pandemic due to the lack of physical activity of people who tend to spend time at home.
Types of exercise that are easy to do include cardio, gymnastics, yoga that can be done at home with easily available equipment.
You can practice examples of exercises at home during the Pandemic like me. Examples of exercises are push ups, sit ups, jump rope, squats. Simple exercise can make your body fitter and healthier.
