Shiv Sena के दिग्गज मंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे अपने यानी, शिवसेना के 15, एक एनसीपी और 14 निर्दलीय विधायकों के साथ Gujarat के सूरत जा बसे, इस टोली में Eknath Shinde के अलावा 3 मंत्री और हैं. बगावती कदम के बाद शिवसेना ने शिंदे को विधायक दल के नेता पद से हटा दिया है.
राज्यसभा सांसद Sanjay Raut ने कहा है कि महाराष्ट्र में कोई भूकंप नहीं आएगा, कुछ विधायकों को गुमराह किया गया है, जिससे संपर्क नहीं हो पा रहा, उन्होंने कहा कि सूरत में जो विधायक हैं, उन्हें आने नहीं दिया जा रहा है, राउत ने कहा कि सबकी घेराबंदी कर दी गई है.
