In today’s video, we are looking into how premier league footballers build their fitness. The session completed in this video was designed by the head of sports science at Premier League club, Newcastle United F.C.
We go through each of the football specific fitness drills, then analyse my own personal performance data using the PLAYR smart coach device.
We then have the opportunity to sit down and chat with Jamie Harley, head of sports science at Newcastle United F.C. where we discuss the drills, how premier league players train, recover and other valuable advice to help you get the most out of your individual training.
