‘Absolutely insane’: Daniel Andrews ‘doesn’t want to talk about politics’

The Australian’s Media Writer Sophie Elsworth says it’s “quite remarkable” Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews did not want to talk about politics in an interview this morning, six weeks out from the state election.

Mr Andrews appeared on ABC radio, requesting politics not be discussed out of respect for those affected by floods.

“Daniel Andrews doesn’t want to talk about politics now. It’s really quite remarkable, we’re six weeks out from an election down here in Victoria,” Ms Elsworth told Mr Kenny.

“I think this is absolutely insane.”
