Beachbody is a multinational company of fitness, muscle-building, and weight loss DVDs and nutritional supplements. It was founded in 1998 by Carl Daikeler and Jon Congdon, and is based in Santa Monica, California. The company aims to help people stay fit and healthy through its fitness products.
