West Bengal BJP Chief, Dilip Ghosh was stopped from visiting cyclone affected places like South 24 Parganas. He wanted to distribute relief but he was stopped as he didn’t have the travel pass. However, he mentioned that other TMC leaders could be seen roaming freely.
