Politics Erupts Over ‘Muhurat’ Of Bhoomi Pujan For Ram Mandir

Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh has urged PM Modi to defer the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya on Wednesday, saying the occasion is inauspicious. Digvijaya Singh claimed that inauspicious muhurat was the reason why top BJP leaders are getting infected by Covid-19. Even some seers too have raised objection to the timing for the ceremony. Meanwhile, the BJP slammed the Congress and accusing it of not believing in Lord Ram and always obstructing construction of the Ram temple. The ‘bhoomi pujan’ of the Ram temple is scheduled to be held on Wednesday at Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh and is expected to be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
