How the Nakba reshaped Arab politics for decades

74 years after the creation of Israel, Palestinians in the occupied territory are marking what they call the Nakba, or catastrophe.
The siren sounded for 74 seconds – one for every year since Israel was founded.
The event has taken on even more importance this year after the killing of Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh by Israeli forces.
