Thorpe from the University of Washington, who spoke about the results of the 2022 US midterms and what it means for the state of democracy in the United States…and with a keen eye on the 2024 presidential elections. A large, in-person audience was on-hand for the lunch event at the Union Club of British Columbia and thanks to Power Corporation of Canada, CIC was able to produce a professional recording of the proceedings and make it available to a much wider cross-Canada and international audience.
